2. THAT the Articles of Association of the company be amended as follows:-
(i)
That the words "and the Directors agree upon, or the Directors may agree with such
member that the member may participate in profits upon the amount * pãia or satisfied
in advance" in lines l2-L5 of Article 24 be deleted.
(ii) That the word "dollars" in line 6 of Article 32 be delered.
(iii) That the word "general" be added in between the words "other" and "meetings" in
lines 6 and 7 of Article 60.
(iv) That the word "seven" on the second line of Article 62 be deleted and substituted by
the word "fourteen".
(v) That the words "10,000 shares of $10.00 each" in Article 69 be deleted and substituted
,
by the words "200,000 shares of $0.50 each".
(vi) That the lasr sentence of Article 78 be deleted.
(vii) That the word "extraordinary" on the third line of Article 98 be deleted and substituted
by the word "special".
(viii) That the words "shall not be required to hold qualification shares, and" in line g of
Article 107 be deleted.
