Second:- The registered office of the Company is situate in the Colony of Hong Kong.

To purchase for investment or resale, and to traffic in land and house and other property of any
tenure and any interest therein, and to create, sell and deal in freehold and leasehold ground rents,
and to make advances upon the security of land or house or other property or any interest therein,
and generally to deal in traffic by way of sale, lease, exchange, or otherwise with land and house
property and any other property whether real or personal, in Hong Kong or any other parts of the world.

To develop and turn to account any land acquired by the Company or in which the Company is
interested, and in particular by laying out and preparing the same for building purposes, constructing,
altering, pulling down, decorating, maintaining, furnishing, fitting up, and improving buildings, and
by planting, paving, draining, farming, cultivating, letting on building Iease or building, agreement,
and by advancing money to and entering into contracts and arrangements of all kinds with builders,
tenants and others.
To improve, manage, develop, grant rights or privileges in respect of, or otherwise deal with, all
or any part of the property and rights of the Company.
To carry on the business of construction and building contractors, interior and exterior decorators,
and auctioneers of land and hereditaments, mossuages and tenements and any estate or interest
therein respectively, to manage estates and properties, to receive and collect rents, and to act as
attorneys of factors and transact all manner of agency and commission business so far as regards
lands and hereditaments, messuages and tenements, and any estate or interest therein respectively
for any person or persons, company corporation for such co¡nmission or consideration and upon
such terms and conditions as the Company shall think fit.
To carry on all or any of the businesses usually carried on by land investment, land mortgages
and real estate companies in all their several branches.
