To draw, make, accept, indorse, discount, execute and issue promissory notes, bills of exchange, bills of
lading, warrants, debentures and other negotiable or transferable instruments.
To undertake and execute any trusts the undertaking whereof may seem desirable, and either gratuitously
or otherwise.
To sell or dispose of the undertaking of the Company or any part thereof for such consideration as the
Company may think fit, and in particular for shares, debentures, or securities of any other company having
objects altogether or in part similar to those of this Company.
To procure the Company to be registered or recognized in any country or place outside Hong Kong.

To do all or any of the above things in any part of the world and as principals, agents, contractors, trustees,
or otherwise, and by or through trustees, agents, or otherwise, or either alone or in conjunction with others.
To amalgamate with any other company having objects altogether or in part similar to those of this
Company.
To purchase, take in exchange, or otherwise acquire and hold ships and vessels or any shares or interests
in ships or vessels and also shares, stocks and securities of any Company possessed of or interested in
ships or vessels and to maintain, repair, improve, alter, sell, exchange, or let out to hire or charter or
otherwise deal with and dispose of any ships, vessels or shares or securities aforesaid.
To carry on all or any of the businesses of shipowners, shipbrokers, insurance brokers, managers of shipping
property, freight contractors, carriers by land and sea, barge owners, lightermen, forwarding agents, ice
merchants, refrigerating stockbrokers, warehousemen, wharfingers and general traders.
To insure with any company or person against losses, damages, risks and liabilities of all kinds which may
affect this Company.
To do all such other things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
It is hereby declared that the word "Company" in this clause except where used in reference to this
Company, shall be deemed to include any partnership or other body of persons whether incorporated or not
incorporated, and whether domiciled in Hong Kong or elsewhere, and that the objects specified in each paragraph
of this clause, except where otherwise expressed in such paragraph shall be regarded as separate and independent
objects of the Company and shall not be limited or restricted by reference to the terms of any other paragraph
or the name of the Company.
Fourth:- The liability of the members is limited.
