Greetings from your happy go lucky, lets get
down tonight Chronicler,
This issue has a memorial to a former member
of the Hael Durlome Rakesh d'Mithnan
called Dwarf. I did not know him. I am honored
that we can not only remember him but
also introduce him to those like myself who
did not.
Thanks to all those who sent in recipes.
Makes for a great issue when people contribute.
Thanks to Ekat, Dicea, Kate and Katyrn
for sharing their Scribal excellence. Their art
is all over this issue. Awesome stuff.
It’s an awesome time of year…. Ice Dragon
soon approaches and it is with out a doubt the
kick off to SCA season. Before you know it
the talk of Pennsic will build, there will be
many outdoors events, Brass Ring Thing,
Champs, War Practice, Pennsic, Summers
End and Harvest Raid.

Ice Dragon requires the help of the entire Barony.
It’s a great feat to set up, run all the activites,
and then break down. Please pass the
word to your out of town friends to bring their
banners, spiff garb and prepare for a fun day
of SCA pageantry and activity. If you know
people who play instruments, dance or any
other form of performance… Please tell them
to come and perform where ever they find
space.
