Mr. Lero read the case into the record and asked the Board to hear the case in absentia<br />

and accept evidence.<br />

Chairman Tucker called on the motion; the vote was unanimous and the motion carried.<br />

Mr. Lero said this case came to Staff as a Public Information Department complaint on<br />

March 27, 2008 and a short form Notice of Violation was left at the site on April 10,<br />

2008. There had been no contact with homeowners and no permit application was on<br />

file. He explained the violations through photographs. He recommended the Board find<br />

a violation existed and allow 180 days to come into compliance or face $200.00 per day<br />

fine.<br />

MR. CURRIE MOVED to allow 180 days to come into compliance or face a $200.00 per<br />

day fine; MR. BLACK SECONDED.<br />
