Chairman Tucker called on the motion; the vote was unanimous and the motion carried.<br />

Chairman Tucker asked Mr. Lero if he would like to bring before the Board the<br />

information he had mentioned earlier regarding the fee schedule.<br />

Mr. Lero said yes and displayed fee scheduled on the overhead projector. Discussion<br />

followed regarding the fees applicable to come before the Board effective July 1, 2008.<br />

Further discussion followed regarding the time length to come before the Board and inprogress<br />

permitting.<br />

Mr. Lero stated that in December, 2007, the 180 days was put into place to include<br />

inspections for recommendations and motions. He said today was the 180th day and<br />

that he would bring more information before the Board in July.<br />

Mr. Carroll commented on approximately thirty percent of the cases were in compliance.<br />

Mr. Lero stated that the Board only saw about twenty-five percent of cases; the other<br />

seventy-five percent usually took care of themselves prior to the hearings.<br />

Mr. Black asked what about the people who plead “no funds”.<br />

Mr. Lero stated that the decision was up to this Board.<br />
