APPEAL OF BUILDING OFFICIAL’S DECISION (painting)
Mr. Lero read the case into the record.
Mr. Joseph Soto stated his name for the record. He understood the reason for denial
was because of his financial situation. He stated he had documentation to show he
could pay his expenses.
Mr. Lero explained that Mr. Soto had originally presented proof of his work experience,
5 years with one company, which was acceptable. The financial statement that Mr.
Soto presented was very brief; however it met minimum criteria for the Board for his net
worth. Mr. Lero stated the reason for denial was because of Mr. Soto’s credit report,
which was very poor.
Mr. Soto explained the reasons for the credit report’s history status and stated he was
only 25 years old.
