61. ORDER OF BUSINESS
The Chairman, with the permission of the Committee, changed the Order of Business
on the agenda.
62. LAND OFF SANDHILLS SCONCE, TOLNEY LANE, NEWARK (12/00562/FUL)
The Committee considered the report of the Director – Growth, following a site
inspection held prior to the meeting, which sought retrospective planning
permission for the change of use from paddock to gypsy and traveller residential
caravan site at land off Sandhills Sconce, Tolney Lane, Newark.
A schedule of communication was tabled at the meeting, which included
correspondence received after the agenda was published from the owners of the
application site.
