10th – 14th June 5 Day Tour<br />
This 5 day tour is based in the market town of Kendal right in the heart of the Lake<br />
District. This year we are including a free day, adding to the relaxing theme running<br />
throughout the tour. It is impossible not to fall in love with this wonderful location -<br />
home to William Wordsworth who described it as “the most beautiful place on earth”.<br />

Sun 10th: Letterkenny - Belfast - Cairnryan – Kendal<br />
From Cairnryan we take a scenic journey along the Scottish borders and then south to<br />
the town of Kendal and the Riverside Hotel, our home for the next four nights.<br />
Mon 11th: Lake Conston – Lake Windermere – Boat Cruise on Lake<br />
After breakfast we set off for a day of spectacular scenery as we tour along the north<br />
shore of Windermere before our first stop in the peaceful town of Hawkshead. From<br />
there we travel the winding roads around Lake Conston. When we arrive at the south<br />
shore of Lake Windermere we board our lake cruiser for a beautiful trip up the lake to<br />
Windermere.<br />
Tue 12th: Free Day in Kendal<br />
Today we have the opportunity to enjoy a free day in this bustling market town, famous<br />
for it’s mint cake! The town is a great shopping centre with a mix of high street names,<br />
factory outlets, speciality shops, and traditional markets.<br />
Wed 13th: Keswick - Northern Lakes<br />
This morning we take a leisurely drive past the home of William Wordsworth before<br />
visiting the market town of Keswick. In the afternoon we tour the Northern Lakes<br />
including Ullswater, returning via the spectacular Kirkstone Pass.<br />
Thur 14th: Kendal - Cairnryan - Belfast - Letterkenny<br />
We travel back to Gretna Green and across to Cairnryan to get the ferry back to Belfast.<br />
We arrive back in Letterkenny at approx. 8.00pm with fond memories, new friends and<br />
stories to tell.<br />
