Stainless, Thermoplastic & Nickel Plated Mounted Units
P.T.International Corp. (PTI) offers mounted ball
bearing units in all stainless steel or corrosion resistant
thermoplastic housing with a stainless insert. This is
also available with a nickel plated cast iron housing.
Stainless Steel Insert bearings are specifically designed
for the food, beverage and chemical industry. All three
housing types interchange dimensionally with the
conventional cast iron mounted bearing units. With the
Stainless and Thermoplastic housings there is NO
plating to chip! The Stainless Steel Insert is also
available in two mounting versions: the popular Set
Screw type and the new Eccentric Lock version for quick
simple installation.

Thermoplastic Covers
PTI also offers a full range of standard mounted ball
bearings in European metric and American standard
housing dimensions. A broad assortment of housing
configurations are available from stock in addition to
several brands of inserts, some with special features.
We differentiate these various brands with a silver or
gold series designation, and they are offered at different
price points. Ask sales for details and size options from
stock.
