There are no significant differences according to <strong>the</strong>matic priorities on this subject. When<br />

looking at <strong>the</strong> type <strong>of</strong> organisation <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> respondent, research centres and universities are<br />

slightly more in favour <strong>of</strong> enhancing <strong>the</strong> traditional instruments than private sector<br />

organisations.<br />

O<strong>the</strong>r answers mentioned are a mix <strong>of</strong> opinions: some linked to <strong>the</strong> bureaucratic burden, one<br />

is pro NoE but against IP, or suggesting to create a European Research Council.<br />
