INTRO Grease & Starch separators EN 1825 IMPLANTATION TYPE CHOOSE CONFORMITY MATERIAL TANK ◢◢Requirements A grease and/or starch separator is designed to catch decantable materials carried by waste water from community kitchens and hospitals. We offer a wide range of separators conform to standards EN 1825. ◢◢Application fields According to current rules, the grease/ starch separators have to be used for the pre-treatment of surface waters in the: ▢▢ kitchen - from private houses - hotels, restaurants - community kitchen, - elderly homes, ▢▢ meet processing factories ▢▢ slaughterhouses ▢▢ biscuit factories ▢▢ potatoes processing factories, etc. ◢◢Advices 1. It is very important to precisely dimension the apparatus, even to oversize it. It will follow more comfort for the user (less drainings in time). 2. The right operation of the grease separator forces to have a sufficient sludge trap in order to enable the decantation of manufacture or household wastes. 3. The installation of the separator will be largely eased if the level of the water has been correctly measured.
