COMPLETED PROJECTS:1. Construction of Surrounding wall for Wazghari SchoolThis small-scale project will fund the construction of a surrounding wall for Wazghari School inWazghari village, Pul-e-Khumri district. The project site is located 15- km away from the Provincecenter. Wazghari High School is a state-run institution established by Ministry of Education in2010. The school has 13 teachers, 120 female and 330 male students attending classes in one shift.Due to a lack of financial resources, the school was constructed without a surrounding wall.Therefore the project has requested by community and it will create a safe environment tostudents.Construction of Surrounding wall for Wazghari School2. Poultry enterprise for Larkhawi marketsLarkhawi village is 24-km away from province center. Larkhawi Women Shura is an active women'sassociation under the directorate of Baghlan Agriculture and livestock department. This projectconcerns provision of a capacity building training for 250 women in Larkhawi women Shura. Thetraining will focus on methods to provide the trainees with knowledge of keeping chicken betterthan the traditional system common in the area.13
