Challenges encountered and what you havedone to try and overcome them:In the implementation of capacity building projects the difficulties which exist are:• Baghlan CBSG is faced with lack of staff which makes slow the implementation of program if itprolong in same condition it will be hard to handleSolution for the problemoIncreasing of personnel can be the solution, by which we can accelerate the programbecause the time is short.Security situation/s encountered:• Baghlan security situation is better, due to 24/7 hours work of security forces, different forcessuch as national police, national army, and ISAF forces work to bring much better securitysituation in province, through these activities lots of insurgent are arrested and killed indifferent operations, so we can forecast a tight security situation in Baghlan Province.• Now Baghlan from security point of view is the middle level.Any plans or major activities/events for the coming month• Working on the ongoing projects.• Working on those projects which are under process:• MID monitoring of ongoing projects.• Taking part in Community Development Councils (CDC) meetings.• Taking part in UNAMA meeting (NGO’s Forum)• Taking part in GIRoA officially meetings (SWG).• Working on delayed project33
