Conflict Resolution Course in Kohna Qala-e-Payeen21. Girls mentoring program in Pule-e-KhumriSello Women Community Development Council is a registered women's association under thedirectorate of Baghlan women affairs. This project concerns provision of a capacity buildingtraining for 240 Youth girls in Sello women Shura. The training has focus on subjects like humanrights, women's legal rights, social justice, women's rights in Islam, citizen's civil rights, conflictresolution and the study of comparative cultural behavior against women. 240 participants haveattended the workshop in 8 groups; each group containing 30 participants have undergone a 3 daystraining.Girls mentoring program in Pule-e-Khumri22. Small business workshop for female in Shahr-e-NawShahr-e-Naw village is located at Pole-e-Khumri city and 2-km away from the main city. Shahr-e-Naw women council is a registered with the Department of women affairs. This council wants toimprove the capacity of women and youth girls by conducting Small Business Workshop.120participants attended the workshop in 4 groups; each group, containing 30 participants, hasundergone a 3 days training course. Participants of this workshop were literate and semi literatewomen, small business owner women and volunteer community female members. The trainingprogram has covered small business principles, business plans, marketing, practical business startupmethodologies, and micro finance resources.22
