The unique, continuousshearingand blending action occurs entirelybelow the solution’s surface, creating a thoroughmixing action without foaming orsplashing. Even at high speeds in nearly fullcontainers, there is minimal surface disturbance.The upward flow stirrer may be usedeffectively in many procedures. It may beused with pharmaceuticals, cosmetics,paints, inks, petroleum, and foods. It is alsouseful in stirring hot and cold solutions insmall or large volumes. It can provide rapiddisbursement or re-suspension of heat-sensitivesubstances, proteins, oils, or foodessences. It also emulsifies liquids ofdifferent densities, dissolves low-solublesolids, and resuspends bacteria intosolution. Operation in open containers of allsizes is possible.All wetted parts are made of corrosionresistantstainless steel, which allows easycleaning. The self-lubricating TFE bushingrequires no maintenance and adds to the stirrer’slong life.
