Subgenital plate with 4-9 anterior and 10-14<br />

posterior hairs. 8th abdominal tergite with 4­<br />

(6) hairs, maximum hair-length 0.030-0.047<br />

mm. Hairs on 3rd abd. tergite maximally 0.016­<br />

0.39 mm, 0.5-1.0 X articular diameter of antennal<br />

segment Ill. Abdominal sclerotisation<br />

as shown in Fig. 2, brown. Abdominal tergite<br />

2-5 with small marginal tubercles.<br />

Colour in life: antennae, head, thorax, and<br />

siphunculi black. Cauda smoky black. Abdomen<br />

green with sclerotic pattern black.<br />

APTEROUS OVIPAROUS FEMALE<br />

Body 1.92 mm long. Frontal lateral tubercles<br />

rather rectangular, median tubercle low. Antennal<br />

segment III with 9-15 secondary<br />

rhinaria. Length of antennal segments: Ill,<br />

0.39; IV, 0.29; V, 0.31; VI, 0.11 + 0.63 mm.<br />

Apical rostraI segment 0.143 mm long with 10<br />

secondary hairs. Siphunculi 0.414 mm and<br />

cauda 0.230 mm long. Hind tibia with pseudosensoria.<br />

Second segment of hind tarsi 0.10<br />

mm. 8 tergite with 9 hairs. Subgenital plate<br />

with 14 anterior and 27 posterior hairs. Other<br />

c<br />

characters as in apterous viviparous female.<br />

Colour in life yellow-green.<br />

ALATE MALE<br />

Body 2.3-2.5 mm long. Antennal flagellum<br />

2.9-3.3 mm long. Length of antennal segments<br />

and distribution of secondary rhinariae as in<br />

a!. viv. female. Apical rostral segment 0.156­<br />

1.66 mm long, 1.4 X second segment of hind<br />

tarsi. Cauda with seven hairs, and shorter<br />

than in al.viv. female.<br />

Abdomen with marginal sclerites, ante- and<br />

postsiphuncu1ar sclerites, not with a central<br />

sclerite. Tergite 1-8 with spinal sclerotic patches<br />

which sometimes are connected with intersegmental<br />

sclerites. Other characters as in alate<br />

viviparous female.<br />
