In the Under 16 KWS (39) were in trouble at 9‐49 before a fighng partnership from Rowan Wilson (39)and Tom Rogers (13) got the team out of trouble taking the score to 96. Will Olsen and Peter Crisp led theaack and immediately had TAS in trouble at 3‐10. Rowan Wilson 1‐6, Tom Rogers 3‐7 and Will Marshall 2‐7 took wickets later in the innings to dismiss TAS for 79.In the U 14 KWS baed and posted a good total with Charlie Mion 39 again in the runs. He was wellsupported by Max Manson and Fletcher Rose. TAS took 5‐0 runs in the middle of the innings to putpressure onto KWS. KWS bowled TAS out for 68. Sam Jeffrey 3‐5, Edward Dodds 1‐3, Tom Hall 1‐5 andJack Ridley 1‐4 were all impressive with the ball.ODJCAIn ODCJA matches the 12, 14 and 16 all had great wins with the 14 and 16 scoring outright wins. Allseniors are playing two day matches and most games are evenly balanced. With the rain forecast thisweekend please look for updates on the ODCA and ODJCA websites. Both schools have had two impressive wins in the lead up games.On Wednesday the boys play Riverina in the Wiburd shield. We wish the boys well in both matches. TheU14s Weetbix Cup 20/20 games will commence on Tuesday aernoons at school. More details will beprovided later this week at training.It was also fantasc to see all the players and parents at the season launch of the Cricket Club lastweekend. All players received a free sausage sandwich and drink and many stayed on to watch the 1 ST XIon main. A reminder to all that the KWSCC Club are raffling a bat signed by Dean Jones ‐ see one of thecommiee if you would like a handful of ckets.
