Profile of Directors (Cont’d)Henry Tee Hock Hin, Malaysian, aged 50, was appointed to the Board of BPHB on 5November 1990. He has held the position of Managing Director of Bina Puri ConstructionSdn Bhd since 22 August 1996. He is responsible for the overall management of projectsand operations. He has wide exposure and experience in the management of civil andbuilding construction overseas and in both East and West Malaysia. He represents thecompany on the Board of a number of its subsidiaries.As at 31 March 2008, he held 5,007,768 ordinary shares of BPHB and did not have anysecurities holdings in any subsidiaries of BPHB.There were no recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature whichare necessary for day-to-day operations of BPHB and its subsidiaries and for which he isdeemed to be interested and no other business arrangements with BPHB in which he haspersonal interests for the financial year ended 31 December 2007.He attended all five (5) Board meetings held during the financial year ended 31 December2007.Tay Hock Lee, Malaysian, aged 54, was appointed to the Board of BPHB on 5 November1990. He has more than 20 years experience in building and civil engineering industry. Healso holds directorships in several other companies.As at 31 March 2008, he held 1,611,707 ordinary shares of BPHB and did not have anysecurities holdings in any subsidiaries of BPHB.There were no recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature whichare necessary for day-to-day operations of BPHB and its subsidiaries and for which he isdeemed to be interested and no other business arrangements with BPHB in which he haspersonal interests for the financial year ended 31 December 2007.He attended all five (5) Board meetings held during the financial year ended 31 December2007.Khalid Bin Sufat,Malaysian, aged 52, was appointed to the Board of BPHB on 15 August2001. He is an Accountant by profession and a member of the Malaysian Institute ofAccountants (MIA). He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Association of CertifiedAccountants, UK and also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified PublicAccountants (MICPA).He had considerable experience in the banking industry having held several seniorpositions, namely Managing Director of Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Berhad, GeneralManager, Consumer Banking of Malayan Banking Berhad and Executive Director of UnitedMerchant Finance Berhad.He had previously managed three listed companies, namely as Executive Director ofTronoh Mines Malaysia Berhad, as Deputy Executive Chairman of Furqan BusinessOrganisation Berhad and Group Managing Director of Seacera Tiles Berhad.His directorships in other public listed company include Amtek Holdings Bhd., SyarikatKayu Wangi Bhd. and Malaysia Building Society Bhd. He does not have any securitiesholdings in BPHB or in any subsidiaries of BPHB.
