Calendar of Events 2007-20081 APRIL 2007The successful completion of Jalan Sipitang-Tenom, Sabah. The work involvedconstruction of two-lane single carriagewaycovering a distance of 54km including fivebridges and one underpass with contractvalue of RM227.3 million.5 JUNE 2007The 16th Annual General ShareholdersMeeting was held on Tuesday, 5 June 2007Wisma Bina Puri, Selayang, Selangor. Themeeting was chaired by ExecutiveChairman,YBhg Dato’ Mohamed Feisal binIbrahim.JUNE 2007Maskimi Polyol Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary ofBina Puri Holdings Bhd penetrated into thePU Flexible Foam using Natural Oil Polyol(NOP).30 JUNE 2007Bina Puri - Zublin JV had successfullycompleted the construction of the RetailCentre and Signature Office with contractsum of RM106.6 million. The projectcomprises of 2 blocks of 5-storey signatureoffice namely block A&D, 2 blocks of 4-storey signature offices namely block B & Cand 1 block of 4-storey retail centre withtotal build up of 430,400 sq ft.18 JUNE 2007SPK-Bina Puri JV, a joint venture companybetween Pembinaan SPK Sdn Bhd and BinaPuri Holdings Bhd signed a ContractAgreement with Al Tamouh InvestmentsLLC for “The Execution andImplementation of Phase 1 Plot 1 Zone BResidential, Commercial and RecreationalDevelopment of Al Reem Island,Abu Dhabi,United Arab Emirates” with the totalcontract value of AED490.7 million(approximately RM444 million).29 AUGUST 2007Bina Puri secured the Proposed HousingDevelopment Phase VI for DefenceHousing Authority (DHA) in Lahore,Pakistan. The project involves theconstruction of villas at the Defence RayaGolf & Country Club.
