Board of DirectorsProfile of DirectorsDato’ Mohamed Feisal Bin Ibrahim, Malaysian, aged 58, was appointed ExecutiveChairman of Bina Puri Holdings Bhd. (“BPHB”) on 1 November 1998. He has been amember of the Board since 1 July 1996. He graduated in 1974 with a Bachelor ofEconomics (Hons) from the University of Malaya. He had an established career with theMinistry of International Trade and Industry (“MITI”) for 16 years from 1974 to 1990. Heheld several key positions in MITI. He was also the Malaysian Trade Commissioner based inAustria from 1982 to 1989. In 1990, he ventured into private business. He is a director andChairman of Aliran Ihsan Resources Bhd., director of Gula Padang Terap Bhd. and also sitson the Board of various companies. He is also a member of the Supervisory Committee ofthe Motors Division, Sime Darby Berhad.As at 31 March 2008, he held 5,325,900 ordinary shares of BPHB and did not have anysecurities holdings in any subsidiaries of BPHB.There were no recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature whichare necessary for day-to-day operations of BPHB and its subsidiaries and for which he isdeemed to be interested and no other business arrangements with BPHB in which he haspersonal interests for the financial year ended 31 December 2007.He is the Chairman of the Group Executive Committee and a member of theRemuneration Committee.He attended all five (5) Board meetings held during the financial year ended 31 December2007.6 BINA PURI HOLDINGS BHDAnnual Report 2007
