Reviews current behavioralscience and management methods designed toimprove individual effectiveness, interpersonalrelationships, work-group functions andorganizational quality awareness.SMG 261Leadership Dynamics (3)A study of techniques, skills, and qualities ofmanagers who lead subordinates to higherlevels of morale, self-esteem, productivityand quality performance.
