They range fromBasic-EMT-B to Paramedic programs and provide continuingopportunities in the emergency medical services field.Emergency Medical Technician–Basic is the first certificationlevel for students pursuing careers in the EMS field. After the 112-hour course, students may become nationally registered and/orState of Washington certified EMT-Bs. All EMC courses requirethat an application process be completed prior to admission.
