3. Account statementsThis menu point serves to look at the statements for the selected account.Similarly to the previous function, the account may be selected based on account namehere as well. After selecting the account, the account identifier and the 24-digit GIROaccount number are also displayed, which allow for verifying whether the correct accounthas been selected. The query list can be narrowed or expanded by entering the desireddate and clicking on the “Query” button. The list contains the date of preparing thestatement and the statement number, and uses small icons to indicate the types ofqueries you can choose from. For information, it also shows the closing balance of thegiven statement.Select the statement for the account you would like to see by clicking on the correctstatement number. Using the four different little icons, you can select the form ofstatement that is most convenient for you. Clicking on the “e” icon in the box allowed for producing an e-statement andstoring it on your computer. Save the .pdf file on your computer if you want to look at itlater on while offline.Simplified, single-columnstatement:Credits and debits can be seenin a single column, inchronological order.Traditional, two-column statement:Credits and debits are shown in separatecolumns, in chronological order, summed upat the bottom of the page.DOWNLOADABLE e-statement (pdf):The electronic equivalent of theofficial paper- based statement, inpdf format.
