TheFoundation awards classroom excellence grants for outstanding educational projects throughout the district. TheFoundation also awards numerous scholarships to graduating seniors.Since 1992, the Foundation has awarded 235 scholarships totaling over $211,850 and numerous educationalgrants totaling over $54,417.The Foundation provides assistance to the schools, the classroom teachers, and students to enhance their fi nancial capabilities. Yourmembership is an excellent way to become involved in maintaining the quality of education and ensuring the continued growth of excellence inour schools.The Copley-Fairlawn Schools Foundation is a non-profi t corporation legally separate from the Copley-Fairlawn City School District, withstate and federal recognition as a tax-exempt, charitable organization.Contributions to the Foundation are deductible for federal and state income tax, estate tax, and gift tax purposes to the extent allowable bylaw.
