Partnering and Consulting
in Change programme:
building skills and
confidence in tough times
Participants on our innovative Partnering and Consulting in
Change (PCC) programme met just a few weeks ago for their
first module. A redesign of the highly successful Consulting
and Change in Organisations programme, PCC deepens the
emphasis on change partnering issues, in recognition that the
programme’s typical participants – project managers,
OD practitioners and internal and external change agents – are
increasingly involved in partnering with multiple stakeholders
and working across complex change initiatives.
As a group of practitioners and
‘consultants to the consultants’,
Ashridge Consulting is renowned
for a highly experiential approach
to learning in all its programmes.
Highly interactive, the Partnering
and Consulting in Change
programme offers participants
many opportunities to practise
and enhance their approach
to partnering and consulting.
PCC participant Paul Stafford,
Principal Learning Consultant
with Her Majesty’s Revenue and
Customs said of the first module:
“The innovative programme
design encourages the sharing
of experience and best practice.”
He is looking forward to later
modules when participants move
from practising to consulting with
real Ashridge clients. Inge Wels of

interventions and the high quality
conversations with and between
participants creates an open and

Eighteen participants of the first cohort
of the Ashridge Masters in Executive
Coaching (AMEC) will fulfil all their
aspirations of coaching mastery –
picking up their MSc at the graduation
ceremony on 2 May at Ashridge.
The ceremony will mark the successful
completion of two years of intensive work
into their coaching practice: participating in
workshops and supervision, submitting to
the rigorous Ashridge accreditation process,
conducting enquiry and research and
completing two dissertations.
One of the successful graduates is

coach and consultant with her own company
