Complete the online application form located in the Exhibitor Centre on www.fieldays.co.nz or please contactthe Fieldays office for a hard copy.2. Remember to list your preferred sites including second and third options.3. Remember to detail the products and/or services you will be exhibiting.4. Complete the online application before 1 December 2011 to be included in the initial site allocation process.Alternatively post, fax or email the hard copy version. Applications received after this date will be allocated theremaining sites on a first in first served basis. Contact the Fieldays office with queries.Site application conditions1. All applications with full payment received on or before 1 December 2011will be included in the initial site allocation and treated equally.2. Applications received after 1 December 2011 will be processed inorder of receipt.3. If necessary, balloting may be used for allocating sites.4. Enquiries regarding site allocation cannot be answered by phone,email or in person until after 16 December 2011.5.
