Tolomato and Matanzas RiversFF Project: development, run<strong>of</strong>f.CONSERVATION ISSUES: Fort Matanzas <strong>National</strong> Monument: the Least Tern rookery is posted againsthuman intrusion. • Driving on the beach which disturbs roosting and foraging shorebirds and larids,is permitted within the <strong>National</strong> Monument.
