C. Creative Arts High School (Treece)1. Scholarship DonationsIt is recommended that permission be granted for Creative Arts High School to acceptscholarship donations from Dr. B. LeFra Young ($1,000) and Mr. Reuben Mills ($500) for students.There will be no cost to the Board.D. Woodrow Wilson High School (Treece)1. Journalism Education AssociationIt is recommended that permission be granted for Woodrow Wilson High School to partner withthe Journalism Education Association, by Mr. Ron Bonadonna to provide a Mentoring Program with theInter-disciplinary team of English, Journalism and Business Technology. This program will run from2009-2011 and provide coaching, support and guidance to staff from experienced advisers in the area ofjournalism.There will be no cost to the board2. Winter Sports SchedulesIt is recommended that the Winter Sports Schedules for Woodrow Wilson High School beapproved. (Copies attached)3. NJ State Police AssembliesIt is recommended that permission be granted for the New Jersey State Police to presentassembly programs to the 9 th Grade Academy during the 2009-2010 school year. The first presentationwill be Friday, December 11, 2009, 9:30 am-11:00 am. Members of the K-9 team will demonstrate howtrained canines are utilized in search and recovery missions, the detection of explosives, and theuncovering of controlled dangerous substances as part of Homeland Security.There will be no cost to the Board.E. East <strong>Camden</strong> Middle School (Treece)1. Ronald McDonald HouseIt is recommended that permission be granted for students at East <strong>Camden</strong> Middle School tocollect toiletries, November 1-December 22, 2009.
