Review sacramental preparation materials (for infantand adult baptism, for First Eucharist/Penance, for Confirmationand for Marriage) to assess the ways in whichthey may need to be adapted to be most helpful and sensitiveto the needs of Hispanic Catholics. Where suchmaterials or resources are not available, they will be developedby the Vicar for Hispanic Ministry in collaborationwith the Office of Liturgy.2. Identify effective models for sacramental preparation forHispanics that could be made available to parishes.3. Ensure that all sacramental preparation materials areavailable in Spanish and are available for families withdifferent levels of education and familiarity with Churchteachings, in collaboration with the Vicar for HispanicMinistry, through the Assistant Director for Hispanic/Latino Ministry Services.4. Develop programs to encourage the convalidation orregularization of marriage for couples who have not receivedthe sacrament of marriage, in collaboration withthe Office of Canonical Services.5.
