Unit Operation InstructionKilnLoq probe & EXD2 PREFACEThis operating instruction is called a unit manual. The operating instruction covers only thisparticnular unit with respect to technical data, installation, use etc. This specific unit is apart of a complete system. Control and interaction in the specific system may varyaccording to system demands.The KilnLoq Probe is to be used with FLSmidth analysis system. The Probe comprises aProbe, piping, Filter, connections among others.Further more this instruction covers the Extraction device version 2 (EXD2) that is dedicatedto support and protect the KilnLoq probe.The system interaction with the KilnLoq-Probe is described in the system manual. Thedocument overview is to be found in section 2.1.The whole analysis system is to be operated and maintained as described in the systemmanual. If not, the efficiency and lifetime of the system will be reduced. An alarm mustalways be corrected at once.
