It is a handmill for grinding grains wheat, oats etc.It is made from cast iron generally agreenish color sometimes with name andmodel in casting on side of mill andsometimes on face of wheel you turn.Here are some pictures of a newer modelthere is another version that precededthis model looks similar but bigger andbulkier with the front being able to takestone wheels.
