Book Close Period<br />
The Register of Members of the Company will be closed from Thursday, 26<br />
July 2007 to Monday, 30 July 2007, both days inclusive, during which period<br />
no transfer of Sh<strong>ar</strong>es will be effected. All transfers of Sh<strong>ar</strong>es ac<strong>co</strong>mpanied by<br />
relevant Sh<strong>ar</strong>e certifi cates must be lodged with the Company’s sh<strong>ar</strong>e registr<strong>ar</strong>s,<br />
Computersh<strong>ar</strong>e Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at Sh<strong>op</strong>s 1712-1716, 17th<br />
Floor, H<strong>op</strong>ewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Hong Kong for registration no<br />
later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 25 July 2007 so as to qualify for the fi nal and<br />
special dividends. Dividend w<strong>ar</strong>rants will be despatched on or <strong>ar</strong>ound Friday, 10<br />
