Senior Management<br />
Mr. Tu Nien Chung, James, aged 55, has been the Publisher of Taiwan Apple<br />
Daily since M<strong>ar</strong>ch 2003. Mr. Tu graduated from National Taiwan University with a<br />
Bachelor of Arts degree. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science from<br />
Columbia University, USA. Mr. Tu has extensive experience in journalism, both in<br />
the United States and Taiwan.<br />
Mr. Lei Heong Man, aged 47, joined the Group as Chief Financial Offi cer<br />
in 2007. He has over 18 ye<strong>ar</strong>s’ experience in regional fi nance and <strong>op</strong>eration<br />
management in multinational <strong>co</strong>rporations and listed <strong>co</strong>mpanies, and is a fellow<br />
member of the Ch<strong>ar</strong>tered Association of Certifi ed Ac<strong>co</strong>untants, and an associate<br />
of The Hong Kong Institute of Certifi ed Public Ac<strong>co</strong>untants. He holds a bachelor<br />
degree in ac<strong>co</strong>untancy, fi nance and e<strong>co</strong>nomics from University of Essex, and a MBA<br />
degree from The University of Wales, United Kingdom.<br />
Mr. Chow Tat Kuen, Royston, aged 49, is currently the Deputy Chief Financial<br />
Offi cer of the Group and the Chief Operating Offi cer of Apple Daily Printing<br />
Limited and P<strong>ar</strong>amount Printing Company Limited. Prior to joining the Group,<br />
he held senior management ac<strong>co</strong>unting positions with several leading fi nancial<br />
institutions in Hong Kong and Australia. The holder of a Bachelor of Commerce<br />
in Ac<strong>co</strong>unting degree and a Master of Commerce in Finance degree from the<br />
University of New South Wales, Australia, Mr. Chow is also a member of the CPA<br />
Australia and The Hong Kong Institute of Certifi ed Public Ac<strong>co</strong>untants.<br />

Mr. Loo Cheung Ling, Alvis, aged 54, is currently the Chief Operating Offi cer<br />
of Taiwan Apple Daily and Taiwan Next Magazine. Mr. Loo has over 30 ye<strong>ar</strong>s’<br />
experience in pre-press, production and printing <strong>op</strong>erations in the advertising and<br />
publishing industries. The many industry leaders who have benefi ted from Mr.<br />
Loo’s expertise over the ye<strong>ar</strong>s include the South China Morning Post, Fortune (F<strong>ar</strong><br />
East) Limited and Emphasis (HK) Limited in Hong Kong, as well as The Arts House<br />
Design and Printing Group in Canada.<br />
Mr. Peir Woei, aged 46, has been the Publisher of Taiwan Next Magazine since<br />
M<strong>ar</strong>ch 2005. Prior to joining Taiwan Next Magazine, Mr. Peir had more than 13<br />
ye<strong>ar</strong>s of experience in journalism. He graduated from National Taiwan Ocean<br />
University with a Bachelor’s degree in M<strong>ar</strong>ine Transportation.<br />
Ms. Wong Shuk Ha, Cat, aged 41, is currently the Company Secret<strong>ar</strong>y of the<br />
Group. Prior to joining the Group, she worked with v<strong>ar</strong>ious listed <strong>co</strong>mpanies on<br />
<strong>co</strong>rporate <strong>co</strong>mpliance and <strong>co</strong>rporate fi nance. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree<br />
in Ac<strong>co</strong>untancy from The City University of Hong Kong, a Bachelor of Laws degree<br />
from the University of London, and a Master’s degree in Management from the<br />
Macqu<strong>ar</strong>ie University in Sydney, Australia. Ms. Wong is an associate member of<br />
both The Institute of Ch<strong>ar</strong>tered Secret<strong>ar</strong>ies and Administrators and The Hong Kong<br />
Institute of Ch<strong>ar</strong>tered Secret<strong>ar</strong>ies.
