Serving children from allcommunities, the program provides an environment wherechildren, through active learning principles, will continue togrow socially, emotionally, intellectually and physically.We hope that children in our program will gain greaterconfidence and have a good start in developing positiveattitudes toward school, teachers and their classmates, whilethey develop skills intended to prepare them for their futureschool environment.All of our teachers are certified in Elementary or EarlyChildhood Education and are assisted in the classroom byat least one experienced aide. The programs are located inour own preschool classrooms at Coleman School and CentralSchool in Glen Rock.The school offers classes for 2 ½, 3 and 4-year-old childrenduring both Fall and Winter/Spring Semesters. In addition,we offer Mom and Tot classes for the 18 to 30-month oldaccompanied by a parent/caregiver.Interested families are encouraged toobserve a class.
