How do I subscribe to a Facebook <strong>Internet</strong> Plans?To subscribe dial *100#, go to '<strong>Internet</strong> and Settings' and then to 'Facebook <strong>Internet</strong>Plans'.Q2. What do I need in order to use Facebook <strong>Internet</strong> Plans?In order to use <strong>Mobile</strong> <strong>Internet</strong> you require the following:I. GPRS or 3G activated (To activate, dial *136# or call Customer Service)II. To get the right phone settings <strong>for</strong> your device and to activate your GPRS/ 3Gsettings, dial *100#, go to '<strong>Internet</strong> and Settings' and select 'Phone Settings'Q3. How much is a Facebook <strong>Internet</strong> Plans?The <strong>passes</strong> start from RM3. You will be shown the price of each package be<strong>for</strong>e youmake a purchase or subscribe to a pass.Q4. How much do I have to pay if my usage exceeds the volume cap of theFacebook <strong>Internet</strong> pass (i.e. 10MB)?Your pass will automatically terminate once you exceed your (MB) quota. If youcontinue browsing either on Facebook or any non-Facebook sites after you haveexceeded your capped amount, you will be charged the Pay-Per-Use rate if you are notsubscribed to any Monthly Pass.For example, if you have a 2 Day 10MB Facebook <strong>Internet</strong> pass and have used up allyour 10MB within 24 hours, your pass will automatically terminate and then you willincur pay-per-use charges.Note that when you hit 80% and 100% of your volume quota usage, you willautomatically receive an SMS in<strong>for</strong>ming you of your usage at that moment.Q14. I had subscribed <strong>for</strong> a 2Day 10MB Facebook <strong>Internet</strong> pass and havefully utilized the maximum volume quota be<strong>for</strong>e the 48 hours is up,can I re-subscribe to another 2Day 10MB Facebook <strong>Internet</strong> pass?Yes, your previous 2Day Pass will expire allowing your to purchase another Facebook<strong>Internet</strong> pass.3

One cannot subscribe to 2 Time-based or 2 Monthlypass at the same time.Q15. Can I subscribe <strong>for</strong> a Facebook <strong>Internet</strong> pass and a Monthly Passtogether?You can have an active Facebook <strong>Internet</strong> pass and an active Monthly Pass (i.e. 500MB,1.5GB and 3GB) at one time.However, a Time pass will always be utilized first if it is still active, once the Time-basedpass expires, then the Monthly pass automatically becomes active.Q16. I purchased my current device with a data package which I amcontracted to. Can I purchase the Facebook <strong>Internet</strong> pass?No. If you are currently on an iPhone, Black Berry contracted plan, you will not be ableto purchase any Facebook <strong>Internet</strong> <strong>passes</strong>Q17. Can I unsubscribe from a Facebook <strong>Internet</strong> pass?No. the pass will expire automatically when the duration of the pass has expired or youhave reached the capped (MB) limit.Q18. How will I keep track of my usage of my <strong>Mobile</strong> <strong>Internet</strong> pass?You will be able to track the expiry and accumulated usage via your phone. Just dial*100#, select '<strong>Internet</strong> and Settings', select 'Facebook <strong>Internet</strong> Plans' and choose 'CheckStatus'.Q19. Could I purchase a Quota Upgrade with a Facebook <strong>Internet</strong> pass?No, this pass does not entitle you <strong>for</strong> Quota Upgrades.4

I do not want to receive the SMS notifications. How do I cancel it?Sorry, unlike other promotional SMS’ selling services and products, the SMSnotifications <strong>for</strong> <strong>Mobile</strong> <strong>Internet</strong> is intrinsically part of the service and cannot becancelled.Q28. Can MISM customer subscribe to the time based <strong>passes</strong>?Only primary line can subscribe, all the secondary SIMs data plan will automaticallyfollow the primary Time-based data pass.Q29. Can SIMM customer subscribe to the time based <strong>passes</strong>?Yes, Both the primary and secondary line can subscribe <strong>for</strong> the time pass or the monthlypass6
