USING THE AC ADAPTERTO CONNECT THE AC ADAPTER1 Insert the AC Adapter Plug intothe AC Adapter Jack on the backside of the monitor as illustrated.2 Plug the AC Adapter into a 120VAC outlet (60 cycles).HousingTO DISCONNECT THE AC ADAPTER1 Hold the Housing to remove the AC Adapter from the electricaloutlet.2 Remove the AC Adapter plug from the monitor.CordWARNINGDo not plug or unplug the power cord into the electrical outlet withwet hands.CAUTIONDo not overload power outlets. Plug the device into the appropriatevoltage outlet.16
BATTERY INSTALLATION1. Remove the battery cover with pulling thehook up while pushing it in the directionof the arrow.2. Install 4 “AA” size batteries so the +(positive) and - (negative) polarities matchthe polarities of the battery compartmentas indicated.Battery Cover3. Replace the battery cover.17
