USING THE MEMORY FUNCTIONThe Morning Hypertension Symbol ( ) appears if the weekly averagefor morning measurements is above 135/85.In this case the Morning Hypertension Symbol ( ) is displayed whenthe Evening Average is displayed, regardless of the values for theEvening Average.TO DELETE ALL VALUES STORED IN THE MEMORYYou cannot partially delete values stored in the memory. All values willbe deleted.1. While holding the Memory button ( ) and the START/STOP buttonsimultaneously for more than 2 seconds all values will be deleted.36
Care and MaintenanceCARE AND MAINTENANCETo keep your digital blood pressure monitor in the best condition andprotect the unit from damage, follow the directions listed below:Keep the monitor in the storage casewhen not in use. Make sure the ACadapter is placed under the main unit sothat it does not damage the display.Avoid kinking or sharply bending the ACAdapter cord.Do not forcefully bend the arm cuff orair tube. Do not fold tightly.Clean the monitor with a soft dry cloth. Do not use any abrasiveor volatile cleaners. Do not attempt to clean the cuff.CAUTIONDo not submerge the device or any of the components in water.Do not subject the monitor to extreme hot or cold temperatures,humidity or direct sunlight.CAUTIONStore the device and the components in a clean, safe location.CAUTIONDo not subject the monitor to strong shocks, such as dropping theunit on the floor.Remove the batteries if the unit will not be used for three months orlonger. Always replace all the batteries with new ones at the same time.37
