Note the time forcommencement of the workshop to be determined nearer the date and electedmembers notified under separate cover.Seconded by Councillor GilbertThe Motion was putCARRIEDUNANIMOUSLYThe Mover noted that issues of this type fell outside the roll of the Panel.5.0 Other Business5.1 10 Duncan Road, BeaumontManager Development Assessment - Planning advised the DevelopmentAssessment Panel of the current status of 10 Duncan Road, Beaumont: 22 March 2002 – Court Determined that they cannot proceed with theappeal re the Land Division until the application for Fill has beendetermined. Application for Fill was refused by the Development AssessmentCommission. Council commented upon and opposed the application. Appeal lodged against the DAC refusal – Set down for conference on 15March 2002 Applicant has lodged three separate applications with the DAC forapproval, to create in total 10 allotments, 9 facing Duncan Road with aseparate parcel containing the remainder of the site.DAC will forward the applications to Council.Council has the opportunity as it has with the previous applications todeclare a conflict of interest and request that the Minister declare DAC therelevant authority.S:\Agendas and Minutes\Development Assessment Panel\Minutes\2002\dap042002minuteswebsite.doc 9
