Note the time forcommencement <strong>of</strong> the workshop to be determined nearer the date and electedmembers notified under separate cover.Seconded by Councillor GilbertThe Motion was putCARRIEDUNANIMOUSLYThe Mover noted that issues <strong>of</strong> this type fell outside the roll <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Panel</strong>.5.0 Other Business5.1 10 Duncan Road, BeaumontManager <strong>Development</strong> <strong>Assessment</strong> - Planning advised the <strong>Development</strong><strong>Assessment</strong> <strong>Panel</strong> <strong>of</strong> the current status <strong>of</strong> 10 Duncan Road, Beaumont: 22 March 2002 – Court Determined that they cannot proceed with theappeal re the Land Division until the application for Fill has beendetermined. Application for Fill was refused by the <strong>Development</strong> <strong>Assessment</strong>Commission. Council commented upon and opposed the application.
