ALBURY WODONGA YACHT CLUB – YACHT STORAGEPersonal AgreementTo be completed by a person wishing to store a Yacht at the AWYC for long term. Yachts will be stored in the area designated by the property officer.2. The owner is encouraged to ensure that appropriate insurance cover is maintained whilst stored at theAWYC.3. The owner is to maintain the grass under and around the storage area at an acceptable height at alltimes. The caretaker will not be responsible for whipper snipping around the yacht.4. During regattas the yacht may be shifted to an area out of the way to ensure visiting sailors can beplaced in a suitable area for convenience. Generally the owner will be advised prior to moving; howeverthis may not always be the case.5. The AWYC committee and members accept no responsibility for the loss or damage to the yacht or anyequipment associated with it.6. A fee as detailed in the annual membership subscription will be paid annually in accordance with theguidelines for membership fees.7. The committee reserves the right to revoke this agreement if the terms and conditions are not being met.8.
