22b) In the case of the Bargaining Unit, three (3) of its Membersduly authorized by the Bargaining Unit to act on itsbehalf;c) Additional resource people may be included by mutualconsent.29.1.3 For the purpose of this Article, a teleconference may be deemed toconstitute a meeting, by mutual consent.29.2 INDIVIDUAL GRIEVANCE29.2.1 Informal Member(s) InitiatedIf a Member(s) feels there has been a contravention of the CollectiveAgreement, that Member(s) shall first seek remedy through anInformal Meeting with the Principal/ImmediateSupervisor. The Member(s) may have Bargaining Unitrepresentation present at said Meeting, should the Member(s) sodesire.29.2.2 Step 1The Member(s) must discuss the alleged contravention with thePrincipal/Immediate Supervisor within fifteen (15) <strong>School</strong> Days ofthe date of the alleged contravention.a) If the Informal discussion does not result in a resolution, theBargaining Unit on behalf of the Member(s) may file a writtenGrievance with the appropriate Superintendent ofEducation(with copies to the appropriate Partiesincluding thePrincipal/Immediate Supervisor)within ten (10) <strong>School</strong> Daysof the Informal Meeting withthe Principal.b) Such written Grievance shall contain:i) a description of how the alleged dispute is in violation ofthe Agreement including the relevant Article number(s); andii)iii)iv)a statement of the facts to support such grievance; andthe relief sought; andthe signatures of the duly authorized official of the BargainingUnit and the Member concerned.
