69.4 In the event of an underpayment of salary by the Board, the parties agreethat the amount of underpayment shall be paid to the SecondaryOccasional Teacher as soon as practical on the nearest regularly scheduledpay date.9.5 The Board shall provide direct deposit of salary for all SecondaryOccasional Teachers covered by this Collective Agreement to a bank orcredit union within the jurisdictional area of the Board, according to theSecondary Occasional Teacher’s choice. The onus shall be on theSecondary Occasional Teacher to provide the Board with the necessarybanking information in a timely fashion in order that the SecondaryOccasional Teacher may be paid.9.6 For all Secondary Occasional Teachers, the statement of earnings shallindicate the number of days worked during the pay period and shall bemailed to the home address of the Secondary Occasional Teacher.9.7 The Record of Employment certificates for Secondary OccasionalTeachers shall be issued as soon as possible, on request.ARTICLE 10 - RATE OF PAY:10.1 Short-term Secondary Occasional Teachers shall be paid the followingrate(s):a) Certified Secondary Occasional Teachers:-shall be paid 1/194 of the applicable Secondary Teachers’ Gridat Group 1 Step 0, and an additional $2.00 per day of on-going salary asper the Provincial Discussion Table agreement of November 27, 2008,subject to Article 10.5 as follows:Effective Date:Daily Rate:September 1, 2008 (3% + $2) $208.81September 1, 2009 (3% + $2) $215.01September 1, 2010 (3% + $2) $221.40September 1, 2011 (3% + $2) $227.98
