Allthe BUDGET programs implement a set of simple checking and savingsaccounts. BUDGET1, which is meant to be read at the end of Part II, usesbasic programming techniques. BUDGET2 implements some of theobject-based programming techniques presented in Part III. BUDGET3 isa fully object-oriented program that you expect to find at the end of PartIV. BUDGET4 and BUDGET5 implement features common to the StandardTemplate Library as described in Chapters 27 and 28. Alas, your computer may differ, and someprograms may not work properly for some reason.The two likeliest problems are that you don’t have enough memory (RAM)for the programs you want to use or that you have other programs runningthat are affecting installation or the running of a program. If you receive errormessages like Not enough memory or Setup cannot continue, try one ormore of these methods and then try using the software again: Turn off any anti-virus software that you have on your computer.Installers sometimes mimic virus activity and may make your computerincorrectly believe that it is being infected by a virus. Close all running programs. The more programs running, the lessmemory available to other programs. Installers also typically updatefiles and programs. So, if you keep other programs running, installationmay not work properly.
