A Level (Level 3)MusicThis course will allow you to develop yourmusical ideas and expand your knowledgeand understanding of all aspects of Music andPerformance. You will explore many differentaspects of Music, including solo and ensembleperformance and the craft of composing anddevelop your listening and analytical ability.Entry RequirementsYou should be able to perform at grade 5 or equivalent andhave a reasonable working knowledge of notation. GCSE Musicwould be an advantage, but exceptions can be made if you candemonstrate a good musical knowledge. Being prepared tolisten with an open and responsive mind to a wide range ofmusical genres and styles, both popular and classical is essential.Course ExpensesConsumable media - £20. Are you likelyto go to university to take a course whichcontains a lot of Maths? If yes, then FurtherMaths is highly recommended. Further Mathsis designed to deepen your mathematicalreasoning and knowledge by exploring excitingand powerful new areas like complex numbersand matrices.
