You will research,rehearse and perform devised and scripted work,extending your knowledge and skill. You will alsocritically evaluate a range of performance piecesto improve your understanding of acting andperformance techniques. The course will help youenhance your analytical and creative skills, growin confidence and imagination and learn to worksuccessfully in a team, all useful attributes forfuture training and employment.Entry RequirementsStandard entry requirements apply. GCSE Drama or Dance arenot required, but you will need experience of performing eitherin productions or in drama classes.Course ExpensesTrips fund - approximately £60 per year.Career Prospects/ProgressionThis course will prepare you for a range of opportunitiesincluding Higher Education courses in Drama, Arts Administrationor other related qualifications, such as those available throughthe University Centre Yeovil (UCY).Economics is an interesting and challengingsubject that looks at how society sets aboutmeeting people’s demands for the things theyneed and want.
