Planning and Environment Committee Meeting 5 April 2011 Page 232.3 Minutes Of The Heritage Protection Sub Committee Meeting Held On 10 March 2011<strong>Council</strong> resolved as follows:1. That the Minutes be noted.2. That in regard to Item 7.2 - Lot 1 DP 713646 Glenlee House, Glenlee Road, Menangle Park- Reconstruction of a Fire Damaged Woolshed Building, <strong>Council</strong> be advised that theHeritage Protection Sub Committee endorses support, on Heritage grounds, forDevelopment Application 1999/2001/DA-C relating to the reconstruction of the firedamaged woolshed at the heritage listed Glenlee Estate.3. That in regard to Item 7.3 - Lot 1 DP 216516 - Warby's Stables, No's 12-14 Queen Street,<strong>Campbelltown</strong> - Alterations to an existing building, and fit out and use of premises asconsulting rooms, <strong>Council</strong> be advised of the following comments in relation to DevelopmentApplication No. 2202/2010/DA-C, relating to alterations to Warby’s Stables:That the Heritage Protection Sub Committee requests the submission of a detailedlandscape proposal including plant species which are appropriate to the heritagesignificance of the item and its setting, andThat the Heritage Protection Sub Committee notes that the later addition located atthe rear of the building is not sympathetic to the heritage significance of the item, andwould encourage minor modifications to the external features of the addition toimprove its appearance and make it more compatible with the heritage item.4.
