Nations have now found out a new way to solve their mutualdisputes and that is, international terrorism and killings ofinnocent people.It is unfortunate that there are still people who think that solutionto their personal or national disputes can be found by violence. Tilltoday, nations of the world have not yet been able tofind out any workable solution for settling theirdisputes, other than war and terrorism and both thesesolutions are repugnant to common man.39. World can be destroyed in minutes and when will weact to safeguard it ? :Now, there are only two last choices: Either we uniteand form a 'World Government', over our national governmentswith common currency or leave the world at the mercy of warmongers or international terrorists to run the world according totheir whims.40. The true purpose of religion is to unite mankind.565 years after the crucification of Christ, there started anunending era of fighting wars in the name of religion. History iswitness to the fact that people have fought wars in the name ofreligion by playing with the sentiments of their fellow believers toestablish their supremacy over others for narrowgains.It is an indisputable fact that the only war fought inthe last 5,000 years for religion was the'Mahabharat' and that its purpose was to establishDivine Civilization on earth. All battles and warsWORLD GOVERNMENTthat have been fought since then have been for myopic gains andnot for the purpose of establishing Divine Civilizationon earth. Wars fought in the name of religion have onlyaggravated misery to people all over the world and inparticular to the weakest i.e. women, children, the oldand the infirm.41. Make every school a 'lighthouse of society'.School must be restored to its' traditional role as thelighthouse of society and teachers must be restoredto their traditional role as the transmitters ofmorality, builders of character and custodians of theculture. Now the time has come to make our schools'the lighthouses of society' and sow the seeds of United MankindOneness of Mankind in the minds of children,parents and society in general that 'Earth is but one country' andmankind its citizens (Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam).42. Decision of the 'World Court' of Justice must be binding on all thecountries of the world :In case the World Government, World Court ofJustice & World Parliament provide a solution tothe problem of a country against the interests ofthat country, then the government of that countrywill find it easy to explain to its people that such a decision hasbeen taken by the World Parliament, WorldGovernment or the World Court of Justice and hence itis mandatory to abide by that decision.43. Only the World Police can control internationalInternational Court of Justiceterrorism:In view of prevailing international terrorism and preparation ofwars, nothing but destruction will ensue. This macabre scene hastaken away the daytime peace and night's sleep ofevery thoughtful person of the world. After formation ofa World Government, the World Police will not find itdifficult to catch terrorists who are perpetrating terrorattacks from any country because, after formation of aWorld PoliceWorld Government the issue of visas, passport andsovereignty of a country will not come in the way to takeimmediate action to catch terrorists.44. World Government will introduce one World Education System forPlanet Earth:The World Government will take steps to make a commonsyllabus for the world's children to impart common education.The time has now come to instill thethoughts in children from early childhoodthat God is One, Religion is One andMankind is One; Earth is our Mother,Almighty God is our Father, the wholeEarth is One Country and we all are its citizens.45. Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, thePresident of India, drawing her attention to the provisions ofArticle 51 of the Constitution of India and requestingher to convene a meeting of Heads of State and Headsof Government, at New Delhi, with a view to findingpeaceful solutions to global problems and lead theway for a United World.46. Divine Civilization will be established in two phaseson earth:There is an immediate need to call an urgent meeting of worldleaders to find a permanent solution, with a common andunanimous consensus against problems of wars andinternational terrorism, in two phases.The first stage in the establishment of DivineCivilization will be the establishment of LesserPeace, i.e. the unification of the world in a New WorldOrder, World Parliament and World Government &World Court of Justice.
