The Consumer Forum will not have any responsibilityfor evaluating the adequacy of compliance programs of participants, orthe adequacy of any end Products or Services. However, if theindustry compliance monitoring identifies an individual instance of noncompliance,a confidential notification will be issued by the ForumChair to the participant. This will notify the Service Provider of thecompliance monitoring results and encourage their compliance withthe Code. An invitation to the Service Provider to discuss the issueconfidentially with the Forum will be provided.42
