Outlook for 2013In the current economic climate it is extremelyimportant that we explore all avenues of opportunityand become creative at leveraging funding andgenerating positive options for the <strong>County</strong> of <strong>Offaly</strong>.Some of our intentions for 2013 include: Continue to aggressively pursue business andemployment opportunities available for location in<strong>Offaly</strong>. Work in partnership through a strengthenedEconomic Sub Committee of the <strong>County</strong>Development Board in order to promote <strong>Offaly</strong> as adestination to do business. Support the closer alignment of <strong>County</strong> EnterpriseBoards with the Local Authority under the newstructures of ‘Local Enterprise Offices’. We see thisas an opportunity to improve the service to ourcustomers starting businesses in <strong>Offaly</strong>.
