9Book of <strong>Remembrance</strong>An entry in the Book of <strong>Remembrance</strong> is a special way to remember a loved one.The books are on permanent display in the Book of <strong>Remembrance</strong> Room atCarmountside Cemetery and Crematorium. The Entrance is to the left of the Chapel.It can be used to remember any date you wish.Each entry (hand written in traditional style) can be either:• two lines;• five lines; or• eight lines of text.Entries can’t be more than 32 letters per line, and the first line must be used for thename only.If your entry is more than five lines long a hand painted motif, such as a flower orshield, can be added at an additional cost.You can reserve space below your entry for future use.Each day of the year is displayed on a single page of the book. Your entry will bedisplayed on your chosen date.If you would like to view your entry at any other time, we can arrange to turn thepage. Otherwise it can be viewed on the Electronic Book of <strong>Remembrance</strong>.Entries are displayed in two separate books:• from 1 January to 30 June; and• from 1 July to 31 December.We add new entries when the book is not on display.All entries are at our discretion.Please contact us to place an order or for moreinformation
